自助餐厅设计与其他餐饮形式不同,由于可以根据自己的口味喜好自由选择菜肴、于是自助火锅店、自助中餐厅、自助西餐厅等在大部分城市里如雨后春笋般的发展起来。自助火锅更可以亲自烹调,这种灵活自由的就餐方式受到广大消费者的喜爱。
